These photos show air handlers that are large walk in rooms with air ducts that span over 1000 linear feet. We completed the FMT job in about 57 hours of night work, to include complete air duct and air handler cleaning. Cleaning of all furnace and boiler flues, and complete sanitization of all ductwork, air handlers and internal components of these systems.

   This was an emergency fire repair project that required we go in and clean out the air duct system and completely sanitize and deodorize all of the ductwork on a moments notice. It consisted of a five level building with thousands of square feet of air ducts and 2 x 110,000 btu roof top air handlers.

   Our powerful H.E.P.A. Filtered Vacuum System will first be connected to your air duct near your furnace. Various tools will then be used to dislodge the contaminants and debris from your air ducts. The powerful vacuum will then pull the contaminants out of the ducts and through the filtration system; returning clean air back into your home. Once your system is cleaned, all access holes are resealed, returning your duct system to the original clean condition.
